Okay, so I've been a little bit slow at keeping you updated as of late. That's because since Mommy has returned to work, we've had a massive amount on the go, and not so much time on the down-low! Anyway, today I was able to make some time to give you a quick update on my status.
As of late, I've been giving out hugs to people and animals left, right and centre. Also, ever since taking my first real pony ride, I've been getting off and on my toy horse and riding him like a real cow-boy! (I've never understood the word "cow-boy." How come some one who rides horses is a "cow-boy" and not a "horse-boy?" I want to be a "horse-boy," not a silly "cow-boy!" I don't even like milk that much.) Speaking of milk, I'm now drinking half and half. No, not cream silly! Half milk and half formula with each bottle feeding. I'm also becoming quite good at using a spoon by myself, and I'm standing on my own for much longer periods of time. Words are tumbling out of my mouth, and I'm taking "baby steps" when it comes to walking. I will often take two or three little steps by myself, and then retreat to crawling. I'm playing a lot with my food, and figuring out what good entertainment value it is! I love teasing Mephisto, Mommy and Daddy by offering them a piece of something and then psyching them out by taking it back. I laugh hardily at their foolishness. I'm beginning to figure out how to use a shape-sorter and loving walking with my crocodile walker that Uncle Shane got me.
